Suitable from birth to when your baby is crawling and on the move, our classes have been created to give them the very best start in life. All of our classes are dedicated to your wellbeing as well, including gentle exercises, relaxation and discussion time for you with other mums alongside enjoying biscuits and tea/coffee.

The Good-to-Knows

Course Duration

The full course runs for five weeks and it is recommended that you and your baby attend all the sessions to maximise the benefits, even though getting out and about with a new baby can be overwhelming at first but with other mums in the same situation, you'll very soon feel at home.

Aim of the Course

The aim of the course is to teach you how to massage your baby and you will be guided through the various different strokes each week to help you bond and have fun with your baby. You will be shown ways you can reduce colic, improve digestion and promote deeper sleep and so much more.

Relaxed & Baby-led

My classes are very relaxed and are 'baby led' and therefore you do not need to worry about your baby crying or needing a feed or change. You will be able to attend to your baby in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
